I would like to know what books you guys think are the best to gain knowledge about gear. I just got "The Steroid Bible" and learned alot. What other books are the most informative? I appreciate all the help in our discussion format, but I also need to educate myself and not rely on other peoples choices/opinions, after all it is my body. Please let me know your favorite/most trusted source of information. IP: Logged |

see if you can get a pharmecuetical description of the drugs in question. They can tell you quite a bit. So can package inserts if you can get them as well. ------------------ IP: Logged |

W.a.r is a great book.(world anabolic reference guide). Bill phillips also put out a book a while back called the anabolic reference guide. It is good also, maybe a touch out dated. IP: Logged |
