I have been working out for about 5 years and have put on a good 15-20 pounds of lean mass, but for the past year, not much has been growing. I want to put on about 10 pounds of quality muscle, but I am a working actor and I can't get too big while I am putting it on. Suggestions?

I am thinking of doing a quick (4-5 week) cycle of based on sust and primo, a dash of trenbalone acetate, with some clen and clomid at the end. Or should I spread it out with less concentration of juice?

Please comment.

you should take something to cut down water retention when you are on cycle. i think glycerol will do that, but i don't know.

you might only need to go 4 weeks on sust & primo to gain 10 lbs if it is your first cycle.

I vote for 500mg/sust a week for 4 weeks, 2 weeks of finaplix at 40mg/EOD with 50mg clomid EOD throughout the 6 weeks and then 100mg/day for the next week and then finally 50mg EOD for one last week. With a clean diet, lots of sleep and hard work, you will probably gain the 10lbs that you could keep with a little work.

Do 1000mg/wk of sus for 8 weeks.

You'll like 25 more pounds even more than 10.
