that is really hard, because ip is like the location of someones computer in a sence they dont like to give those out cause you if you know an ip you can hack into there computer to mask your own ip when commiting a computer crime i dont know how but i can find out for you IP: Logged |

sometimes they can be found on the return paths on certain emails, especially forwards. im not sure if there is a sniffer program that will get you an ip though. you could try any of the hacker websites. warez sites they call them. ill poke around and see if i have any links. used to have a good one that gave me a program to "bitch slap" someone by just entering thier ip. pings the heck out of a port. had another that would email bomb someone too. of course i never used something malicious like that ------------------ IP: Logged |

Go to a dos prompt while connected to the internet. Type nslookup (eg nslookup www.elithefitness.com) and type in the name of the site in question, Chances are the ip is for the provider of the web services, and unless you are going to run some app. apart from your web browser, the ip isn't going to be too useful. no no no. If you want the owner of a website go to http://www.internic.net and use their whois. Or if you have a shell account simply type whois <IP address> at the shell prompt. If you want to know someone's ISP, simply do a whois on their IP. If you want to know who it is on the end of an IP from an ISP e-mail the ISP, explain you have gotten a trojan (say like BO) and you'd like to prosecute but that in order to do so you need the name. Most guys will just give it to you, although some will ask that you provide some kind of court documents. You could skip all of this if you simply e-mail me the details. IP: Logged |
