Please advise well it's probably not to common to here from the other gender...but i am also curious in dosage for spiropent(clen)... Headaches-oh my god, leg cramps i can deal with...But I must not be taking enough because i am shakier on rip-fuel then clen. I am 108lbs and am taking two tablets a day. 1 at 8am and 1 at 2pm 2 days on 2 days off w/ a week in between... I read in the previous messages people were recommending 3-4 a day...Spiropent is 0.02 mcgs and i can't figure this out anyhelp would be appreaciated Is that two much for my body weight?? one more ? Spiropent in tab form..does it desolve under your tounge or do you swollow it? Please keep it clean IP: Logged |

you don't need to go 2 days on, 2 days off. you can take them for a week straight then stop for a week. IP: Logged |

Clen i'd stay on for 3-4 weeks depending on your body, it may adjust to it quickly or slowly. Just see when your body temp drops back to normal, then stop and start hitting eca. Take clen tabs until you start shaking like a madwoman, up the dose slowly, then cut back half a tab.

thanks guys... studcj: i think mt body fat is around 18%...but those things aren't to accurate... I want to get down to hard 104... (no i'm not zena)i know it sounds crazy..but i'm 5'1 and their is nowhere to go but out...i was at 112 so i know the clen is working but i'm not shaky.. for awile i thought it was fake... E2: what do you mean about my body temp ? i'm always cold.. I read somwhere i should monitor my blood pressure but body temp? cindy IP: Logged |

Well at 108 pounds and 5'1, and 18% body fat, I would suggest a straight diet. You could lose 4 pounds of fat in a few weeks. I would also suggest that if you are wanting to get hard at 104 you need to add some muscle. By my calculations you have approximately 19.44lbs fat, which equates to 88.56 pounds of muscle/skin/bone/water/etc. I would like to see you with more muscle before trying to get hard. You will lose fat in the course of adding a few pounds of muscle. I wouldnt' consider that you need to lose any bf at this point. Maybe post a pic to help us out. here the deal... i don't have a picture to scan...35-22-35 I actually am pretty muscular...my bi's, tri's, lats & shoulders are cut...any bigger my friends would give me shit. i have virtual no waste 22 inches... its my hips, i don't like any jiggling i hate training legs cuz they just build...i should be doing more cardio...but in door cardio bites... so i thought the clen would reduce water...it's def a woman thing. ~you nailed it on the head with diet...i'm italian and can't give up the pasta or bread...i live on bread.

Well, the bread is gonna kill ya! So is the pasta. I love my pasta. As for legs if you keep the reps a bit higher, say around 15 you can keep from building them. You need cardio!! Do 20 minutes on the bike or tread mill at a moderate pace (you shouldn't be outa breath when done, but sweating greatly) I don't think you need to loose water weight unless you are going to compete. I have a diet on my site that may help. It is brutal, but after a month you can start adding the breads and such back in moderately. ------------------ IP: Logged |

DIET, take three clen.. and a rise in body temp means its contributing a thermogenic effect like your ripped-fuel stuff does. which in return promotes fat loss... helps metabolize.. but the main contributor is DIETING!!! there is no way around it! you cant just take a magical pill and shred fat. Very good comments Chesty, but I do have a suggestion. As an Italian I must tell you, pasta is a staple that is in our genetic code. If we do not get it, we will at some point cease to exist. Life without pasta is just not possible!!! Now before you all get to excited and hack me off at the knees for eating at least 5 meals of pasta per week, let me give a detail or two. You do have a choice on the type of pasta. I, myself use the whole wheat and spinach pasta. It's wonder full. Toss in some NO SUGAR tomato sauce, herbs (touch of red wine) bit of olive oil, and then, depending on if your on a bulking cycle or not, lean, lean ground beef, ground turkey, or chunks of skinless grilled chicken breasts! Add some low fat cottage cheese and WHAM! You got some out-fucking-standing eating! I make a big pot almost every week and eat it during the week. Now that we have covered the pasta deal - gads, I'm getting hungry as I post this. Cindy, you can put a bit more muscle on and it will help, maybe more than you think. And E2 is right concerning the clen dose. I've had good results with the two week clen / two week eca cycle. The 2 day on 2 day off is incorrect info dished out a long, long time ago and just WILL NOT DIE! The half life of clen is longer than two days. So you cannot possibly "get off" clen in two days. It is why clen is not prescribed here in the USA, there are other drugs which will do the same thing but have a very short half life. Cindy if your really worried particularly about the thigh hip area it is because women store fat in this area because of their higher estrogen levels. A tab of nolvadex can help you get rid of these trouble areas. It worked wonders for my girlfriend. I definitely think it will help if your diet is in order. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Can anyone 2nd Gamer's above statement about Clomid working for saddlebags? My wife is going nuts looking for a way and I just happen to have clomid around, so if it works, hell......But, with the decrease in estrogen, are there any possible sides with females taking clomid? thanks, Christian IP: Logged |
