Yohimbe (or yohimbine)is a bark extract in pill form. It is like a non prescription form of viagra. I first discovered it about 12 years ago when my ex husband began taking it. It's main purpose is to help the metabolism while preserving muscle. The side effects of a excelerated sex drive is just an added bonus. I started taking it about a year ago and what a rush!!!!
