Don't know about ya'll but I used to puke after a shot because my stomach would be churning so bad......THEN.......I discovered this method, and it has worked wonders for me!! I was going to keep it to myself, but, I trust all my Iron Brothers on this board and figured I'd share it with Ya!! Here's what you need to do...........About 10 minutes before your shot, eat a pack of Ball Park Franks.....you know, the ones that plump when ya cook'em! That's right people EAT HOTDOGS, and the whole pack....RAW!!! That way when you puke the chunks are so big, they won't go through your fingers! That way, you have the option of eat'n them again, or throwing them away!!! The choice is yours Bro's!! I highly recom. this method before you go out a party hard on the weekends!! Listen Ranger,try doing that when stacking Anotesten and Nortesten.I threw up my liver and pelvis ,that stuff is powerful.Greg kovacs put on another 65lbs of muscles yesteday,anyone know where I can score some,as Its illegal in the free world.BTW dont add Cell tech to this stack,youll gain another 40lbs of muscle ,too much,it will ruin your proportions. Don't worry E2...this is the only one I'll share! I'll always keep the one about pouring Sus. 250 directly into the eyes so it can be absorbed into the bloodstream more readily! Thanks for that one, and my eyesight improved from 20/40 to 20/20, and I'm growing like a MOFO! You are tha Man!!
