I know everyone says that you shouldn't take steroids before you're done growing (I guess because it causes growth plates to fuse early??), but if it is increased Test levels in teen years that cause growth, why wouldn't it (if taken in teen years) make sense to take steroids to increase Test levels even more? I am 18 and I am convinced that I must have naturally low Test levels because I have never "spurted" and I just seem to be too small for my age. Would taking Clopin or HCG help? What about growth hormone--I heard its REALLY expensive, and all I can find is "human" growth hormone (which seems bogus). I am not looking to be huge; I just want something that will jumpstart my Test levels/production so I can hopefully seem less like an 18 year-old boy, and more like the "man" I am supposed to be (its even weirder because I am in college, and I seriously feel like I am a preeschooler surrounded by adults--yes I know counseling about self-image, etc would help, but I think growing up would be nice, too). Thanks for any help! -I.J. IP: Logged |

I have no idea what Clopin is, but if you seriously think you abnormally short for your age, then you should contact a physician. ASs, will not make you grow. If your serum testosterone levels are deemed low, your doctor will indeed prescribe you testosterone cypionate, although at your age this is highly unlikely IP: Logged |

First off, taking steroids will not help your natural testosterone levels, it will in effect stop your own natural production while your body is using the alternative test that you injected. Secondly, what is your family genetics like? Are there any other family members who suffer from being small? If it is not genetic, but rather that you are just a late bloomer, then my suggestion would be this: Stick to the basics, GOOD PROTIEN, CREATINE, and a few vitamins I would recommend for increased hormonal levels. Abandon the JUICE chase until you're older and give your body more of the good things that it really needs and WORK OUT HARD!!!! IP: Logged |
