i started an 8 day cyle of dnp with 400mg/day and the second day i started getting nosebleeds every 4-5 hours or so and today i woke up with a bloody nose, i take into consideration that im on a cycle right now but im using eq500mg and primo300mg/week which shouldnt jack my blood pressure because when i was on 1g of test and dbol i didnt get any bleeds..maybe its just the excessive heat that causing me to have bleeds but its not that hot...as long as i dont move IP: Logged |

dehydration- drink more water take 2-3 tablespoons flax oil, it will help skin maintain its moisture and integrity. try rubbing vaseline in nose- someone else on the board who frequently got nose bleeds mentioned it- this should alleviate the symptoms but the other two should help with the underlying cause which is more important. ------------------ IP: Logged |

ok ill take dehydration into consideratrion but normally i drink 2 gallons a day and for the dnp i doubled it, i already take the flax along with glycerol and pyruvate and a bunch of antioxidants(too much to list)i just didnt think 4 gallons of water was too little IP: Logged |

that is actually your problem 4 gallons is too much- especially if you are taking glycerol- too much water acts as a diuretic- 2 gallons maybe 2 and 1/2. ------------------ IP: Logged |
