last week is the most critical when you are ready. water can be drawn out with introduction of a mild diuretic and if you can find thimocase in peru that will help as well. The last week i start carb loading on thursday for a saturday contest. i start decreasing down to very low water on wednesday and than carry that into the show but introduce the dieuretic a few days before to flush out excessw water. i also only drink distilled water and consume no sodium the last week as well. the thimocase if you have it there comes in cream and you rub it on and it draws out water. use 3 times a day if you can find it. the alst thing is using preperation h on my skin and indoor tanning. after you are done the bed is soaked with water. this sound funny but i promise it works. good luck IP: Logged |

also, make sure you keep your potassium and magnesium up there, dont wanna be cramping up so bad you cant move. uva ursi works well, so does dandelion, buchu leaves, and juniper berries... all i can help with is the diuretics, no show experience. IP: Logged |
