Maybe a stupid workout question but here goes. First should you train triceps harder then biceps, when I say harder I mean heavier and more sets or vise versa. The reason I post this is we all know that the tricep makes up 2/3 of our arm size, so well that makes you think I need to train them harder.......your opinions are greatly appreciated......AND IF ANYBOBY HAS ANY GOOD EXERCISES FOR REAR DELTS I AM ALL EARS...

You should train all body parts with the same intensity. Do NOT train an one part less than another.

I prefer to work my triceps first on arms days. I train them harder and heavier because they need a punishing workout for me to feel satisfied. I also may be a bit biased since I have naturally big biceps, but I have to work my triceps hard to keep them balanced.

As for rear delts, I really feel them on my back day for some reason. I use reverse cable crossovers, (which means I am pulling instead to pushing).

I train bi's and tri's on the same day, same number of exercises and sets. I try to switch every week, starting with bi's one week and tri's the next. I push all my body parts as hard as I can.
As for rear delts, bent over dumbbell laterals, lying prone laterals(lying face first on an incline bench), and bent cable laterals are all good exercises. Also, most pec machines now you can do rear delt flyes with.

Bro,

You need to attack them with the same intensity. I like to superset them with each other - go right from a bicep exercise to a tricep exercise.

You just need to make them burn. if it sounds stupid and easy, guess what:

It is.

Mmm.. Your legs are about 20+ times the mass of your triceps, using that logic your leg day must be one f**ker of a workout!

Is that too backward a way to re-enforce the other responses?
