Alright guys most of us are probably pretty big but we still thinks were small.(This is how it is for me anyways) Usually though when I go out at nite I wear tight shirts and sometimes I still wonder if I am big enough to wear tight shirts. Do any of you do a couple exercises to get that "pump" before you go out. I was wanting to know some good ones to do without getting too sweaty that will give me a good pump before hitting a club or whatevers goin on. Are high reps or lower reps better for getting the pump? Thanks for anyone who can help and I hope I dont get flamed for this I just want to look as big as I can when I'm out looking for women. I noticed, especially since I just started a cycle, that when I am out having a good time, my adreniline is going, the excitement is high, I get a little pump from that! If you do some exercises before you go out, you might not be letting your muscles rest like that should. Unless that particular muscle is supposed to be worked that particluar day. Just shoot some pgf2a in all your muscles or some pumpnpose every night before going out, trust me it will work.

i'm with coolhand, bring you dumbells with you. hehe i keep a bench and 300 pound in the back of my car all the time, lol....

my friend used to do curls before he went out, said it made his arms look bigger, personally as soon as I go out the adrenaline starts flowin...of course I usually am part of the group throwing the party, adn carry in a few keg before the party,t hat helps a lot...hehe big-guy IP: Logged |

You guys might think this is a joke, but I'm not lying. I auditioned to be a male stripper at one of the nicer clubs in town, I got changed in the dressing room and did 5 sets of 35-45 pushups! The guy said my chest looked great, but I still needed 10-15 more pounds to make the cut. He told me to hit the gym a little and not concentrate so much on the bench press. Then he invited me back for another audition in a few months....that's kinda how I came accross this board! Now I'm addicted to it. Funny you guys should mention that.... hehe IP: Logged |

True story,used to go out to bars with a guy we liked to call the "pumper".We would tell him to be ready by 8:00pm,we go to pick him up,he's in his gym doing supersets of drag curls and rope pushdowns.Throws on a shirt,sweating like crazy,cutting off circulation,grabs a bullworker,and gets in the car.Hes pumping the whole way to the bar,and to top it off,this guys got spaghetti arms pumped or not.We didnt have the heart to tell him,but some girls made fun of him one night,ever since he wore long sleeves,even to this day,and now he does have guns worth pumping. I save my chest day for Friday and arms on Saturday. I work out right before I go out. Unlike Nugents friend, I go home take a shower etc. In Maxim magazine it said that working out before a night on the town will also make you appear more relaxed. ------------------ IP: Logged |
