hey, I just finnished a 9 week cycle of Omnidryn 250, 2x/week, with d-bol 50, 2/day. I got some great strength gains and about 17 pounds. I wanna get a bit more size that will stay with me when I'm done. I'm 28 yrs old, 5'11" tall, sitting between 165-170 @ about 10% b/f. wanna keep within 5-7%, but hit the 200 lb. mark. any suggestions. the boys at the club can get me almost anything I might need, any help would be great. tanx mang IP: Logged |

When you find gear that works really well I suggest you stay with similar stuff, just slightly change it. For example, omnidrin worked good so try another 250 strength test (ie: testex,agiviron or sustanon)and instead of the D-bals try some pronabol tabs they're the same stength (5 mg ).Eventhough the majority take winstrol to cut up, I've put on some decent mass with it! Let me tell you one thing right now, You want to gain 30-40lbs of muscle and drop 3-5% body fat? Join the club........ This is going to be a hard task. I have tried over the years to put on muscle and stay lean also. Even with GEAR it is really hard. I always eat clean, almost perfect, except for a one weekend day. I have hovered around the 210-205 mark staying at about 10%. But it took me a long time and the right combination of drugs to do this. Now i am 1 week out from my contest and at 194 and 6%. But all i can tell you is keep hitting test, d-bol is good, and throw in some deca, if you can find the real stuff. IP: Logged |

never tryt o bulk and cut at one time..bulk up first then cut up....you can do it in two seprate cycles or include a bulking phase and a cutting phase in a cycle(like first 8 wks bulk, then 6 wks cut).... big-guy IP: Logged |

Eat and train heavy, get to your "200 mark" + 10-15lbs over and then start a good 6-8 week cut phase! LOWE254 IP: Logged |
