I have been on a cycle of testosterone enanthate and testosterone suspension and ever since I started have been losing size and strength. I might be overtraining but I'm not sure. I have been working my chest and back on day 1, my biceps and triceps on day 2, my shoulders and legs on day three, and taking day 4 off and then repeating. How often is it okay to work each body part while on this cycle? Please help. I am getting very discouraged. Thanks. IP: Logged |

You are not overtraining! Is it possible that your testosterone is bunk? How long have you been on your cycle? Have you cycled before? If so what have you used before? Give a little more info and I'm sure you will get some help IP: Logged |

Take a close look at your routine..... You are over training your triceps bro..chest, triceps, shoulders, every day slamming the tri's.... you need to at least give the tri's 24-48 hours of rest between each work out..in time continueing that kind of cycle will hinder your strength,,,and gaines,,,

I'm pretty sure the testosterone is good because the DIN and NDC numbers match along with pictures from pharmaceutical books. I have been on this cycle for almost 4 weeks. It makes sense that I am overtraining my tri's and actually they always seem to hurt. Thanks alot for the help. What kind of split would you recommend. IP: Logged |

I've been trying to eat healthy and as much as I possibly can. I don't know how many calories I'm getting but I know it's a lot more then I was eating before I started my cycle. I've also been trying to get about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight each day. I know that I could use a little more protein than that but otherwise my diet is pretty good. Thanks again for the help. This discussion board is great. IP: Logged |

If you are eating more now than before and you are still losing, your shit is just that, shit. Fakes look as though the originals do. You are probably taking nothing active, its hard to overtrain taking cyp and suspension! Triple H IP: Logged |
