How does it work on other countries? Like when people go to south padre island then to mexico...or go to "cozumel".

What are the steps to getting some pharmacitas or anabolics i guess what they are called down there.

Do you just get a phone book and start going to vets? What do you say when you go in there? I'm assuming bribory plays a role.
