I had gyno removed from my left side a month ago today and I have been going to the doc twicw a week so that he could drain fluid from my left breast. At first he was aspirating about 10cc each visit but today he aspirated about 5cc. He says this is normal but I am begining to worry. Has anyone else out there on the boards experienced this fluid that seems to keep coming back. Any info. would help. Thanks!!!

It is not milk. At first it looked like blood but today it was alot more clear,...........kinda like diluted blood. I have not asked the doc what kind of fluid it is but I have to see him again on tuesday.

Sounds like lymphatic fluid. Don't worry about it, as it seems to be decreasing.

I'm not sure what the hell it is after a month. I had both of mine done at once and a month later I was in the gym. Actually I took off 2 full wks. That was it. I had tubes in my chest after the surgery, but they were removed 2 days later. I never had a problem since that. Not to be a smart ass but did you use a reputable surgeon? I've seen some butcher jobs in my time. As far as the fluid goes I guess that only time will tell. Sorry I can't be more help.

The Doc is reputable. I heard about the tubes that could have been put in my chest but I heard about it after the surgery. As far as looks go it looks very good with a hardly noticable scar around my nipple. He assures me that this is all normal, but I just wanted to hear from others that may have had gyno removed.

How is the progress so far? If you have a reptable doctor and you are making good progress, your just going to have to have faith and trust him. That is what he is there for.

Feel lucky when I got mine done the first time I had a hose sticking out of each side of my chest. the hose had a pump hooked up to it and I had to pump the liquid out myself. sucked. its not a biggie. if he doesn't take the liquid out it'll stay there and you'll look nasty. don't worry just BE HAPPY

How did you get gyno? Did you not notice the early signs? Did you have Nolvadex on hand?

mine was done some 8 years ago,i think the doc that operated was kind of a bucher, or mybe the thecnik then was more trawmatik back than, but fluid kept coming out for a couple of mounthes,in my case it was mostly old blood that during the time became clearer.
email me if u want any more info.

I got the gyno from using Muscletech products and STEN. I did not use any anti-estros. It was only 1 six week cycle of the above. Went to the doc yesterday and he only removed about 2 cc's of fluid. B
