One quik question guys...why do most of you prefer to start out your cycle high with week one and then taper it down in the last couple of weeks? Is there any benefit to doing it this way vs starting out with a lower dosage in week one progressing upward to week two and keeping the higher doses for weeks 3-6 and then going back down for the last two (8 week cycle) any info for the best results using t200/deca50 for maximum gains...thx ------------------ IP: Logged |

The reason for starting high is b/c after 3 week your receptors start to shut down. Thus the juice won't be utilized by your body at it's full potential. IP: Logged |

Big daddy, some people like to start low and work their way up based on the theory that there is an upregulation fo receptors when your' body 'sees' increased test levels. There is no credible evidence to this, neither is their musch evidence that starting high works better. It's more a matter of personal preference. I personally like to hit them hard at the beginning and taper well at the end. In my eyes this makes the greatest amount of sense when you take half lives into consideration and when you try and keep relatively constant test levels in your body. As well when you come off you want it to be gradual and not abrupt otherwise you may risk crashing. Your test levels will drop to quickly and your body won't compensate, leaving you with almost no test in your body. It's a shock and you're body doesn't want to be shocked like that. However taking clomid eod during a cycle helps with preventing crashing.

Bump to E2. All upregulation/downregulation theories are purely anectdotal. I know guys who taper down and taper up and they're pretty massive guys. I haven't seen evidence in myself to indicate either are valid. My cycles constant for the most part. And I still make gains. But if you want to err on the side of safety, pyramid one way or the other. IP: Logged |

Always start out high. Your receptors for a drug become saturated in around 4 weeks. Try a cycle of 4 weeks at high dose followed by a 3 week taper. IP: Logged |
