Alright guys, I've been reading the post for about a month now and have become fairly knowledgebal. I am 18 yrs old, 6'3, 170pds. Im thinking about using sus250 for my first cycle, if I do a first cycle now. Im worried about the side effects, especially acne(which Im proan to)and hair loss. I really only want to do one cycle and put on about 15 pounds. What do you guys think. Will I experience major side effects. Thanks for the help. IP: Logged |

Even though I disagree with using gear until you have reached your genetic potential (and notice I did not say age). But, 99% people have not reached their genetic potential by 18. In any case, you seem determined to find out (and I do not want you to be misinformed) so I will tell you to use Sustenon250 for 8 weeks at 250mg per week. It will give you what you are looking for without any side effects. Make sure you buy Clomid and Nolvadex and find out how to properly use it. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you are worried about hairloss your best bet is deca or equipoise. Try equipoise, and D-bol with finasteride. I am doing the same thing I am getting good strength gains, up 15 lbs after week 4, and NO hairloss to speak of. However, sust makes me shed hair like a mad man, stay away from test if you are worried about hairloss. LP IP: Logged |

Seriously man if you are only 18 then I would wait a few years. I am 22 and just now taking my first. I played football in hs with guys who were on gear and now their muscles are almost burnt out on it due to sticking for so long. Your body is not even fully developed now, this is not a flame but man you still have alot of puberty to go through. Give it sometime you have lots of time to build a good base to hold the weight you want. IP: Logged |

Guys, I want to stress again that I really only want to do 1 cycle. Im ready to get big now. 2 thick what do you think about the blonde myth's comment about hairloss. Im not disputing either of your knowledge on the subject, Im just trying to get as much feed back as possible. Also, still concerned about the acne. Thanks guys. IP: Logged |

nizoral is your friend yes it is for dandruff yes it is an anti fungal however it is also a anti androgen it binds to the receptor and keeps other androgens from binding there. some sites make the claim that it inhibits 5 alpha reductase- which is just plain untrue and would actually make nizoral much less effective. BTW- Finasteride aka propecia will only work on steriods that are 5 alpha reduced- the only one I know of is TEST- deca is 5 alpha reduced but its metabolite DHN is an even weaker androgen. Finasteride will not help with DBOL, which is not 5 alpha reduced, though it will help keep your natural test from being 5- alpha reduced which may help. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i would wait bro, I didnt get started until i was 21 and have been natural all that time, I gained 45 lbs. Im a little shorter than you (5 9) but i went from 140 to 185. Theres no substitute for paying your dues in the gym. Get some time under your belt to see how your body reacts to things. Trial and error is the best thing I have used to see what works for me. You can have all the theory in the world but if you dont have practical application and experience with it, it may not be effective when it comes time to use it. What im saying is learn as much as you can about your body, so when the time comes, you can maximize your gains by working in the most efficient manner. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I totally agree with those who say to wait. When I was a freshman in high school I was like 5'6 130lbs. There were girls that were bigger than me. But I stuck with it, I've been lifting for about 8 yrs now and I'm just starting my first cycle. During the time period in high school, I gain about 25-30 lbs all naturally. I mean nothing no creatine or anything. My freshman year in college I tried creatine for the first time and it work very well, gainin about 8-10 lbs in one semseter (about 4 months). I know that your frustrated but ask yourself if it's really worth ANY risk at all right now? Can you honestly say that you 've tried everything? Get some supplements and train harder. How much do you bench? When I first started I was benching like 90lbs, second year 135, third year 185 senior year 225. With creatine I increased bench to 265, now 280 all natural. I guess what I'm trying to say is Rome wasn't build in one day. The reason why I'm juicing is because I put weights up but by the way I look, you'll never guess it. High school is nothing but a joke, the way you look matters, the way you act, it's not important, I'm not one to lecture but trust me fuck it. Keep it real, do everything for yourself, not for others! Good Luck Bro. IP: Logged |

How much do you like working out? How badly do you want to be bigger? Most people say what you said, only one cycle and 15lbs is all I want. When you get there, you'll never be satified and you'll want more. Maybe you have better self control than me, but usually one cycle means more after that. Lastly, I agree about the age thing. 18 is too young to start. You have to work out until you reach a plateau, then juice so you can go beyond your genetic potential. You have to pay your dues first, then later on you'll be glad you did. IP: Logged |

Listen bro, it sounds like you're dead set on juicing! If theres any way you could await a little while longer I would. Check this out: When I was 19 I weighed 198 at 5'10 (all natural) anyway, I decided that I would go nuts on my training and eating for 2 and a half months before starting my gear. I started eating 8 meals a day and trained super heavy I would sometimes train twice a day (morning, night) with a nice nap in the middle of the day. I was in the zone!!! All that food and intense training was a shock to my body I mean I was eating non stop snacks between my meals ( fruit, shakes, nuts, etc) Anyway, to end this I went from 198 to 212 solid muscle in 70 or so days. You have nothing to loose. You're gonna crank anyways so go crazy for a couple of months. It is possible to make great gains when you're in that ZONE !!! IP: Logged |
