That's really easy, mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell, no real food all fast food shit. Eat mcdonalds fries for snacks, twinkies, chips, cake, pizza damn i can't imagine eating this shit

Let's assume that you're attempting to decrease, not increase, your BF. It sounds as though you are mostly interested in doing this through dietary manipulation. You can get some results by skewing your macronutrient ratio in favor of protein, taking it up as high as 50% of total caloric intake. Split the remaining 50% equally between fats and carbs, keeping the total glycemic indices of your meals relatively low, around 50 if possible. It's difficult to choke down this much solid food protein, so you may want to take a lot of liquid meals. A good MRP w/ added whey protein and a teaspoon of flax oil should fit the bill here. You may need to do a lot of these, though, as you don't want to take your calories down too low.
