I have been getting tons of emails from customers complaining about sources and sources complaining about customers. Listen, customers, do not start complaining about sources if they didn't send out your gear the day they receive your money. And sources, the only thing I have to say to you is complaints are just part of the job, it's how you deal with them that separates you from the scum. Please everybody, learn to have a little bit of patience. ------------------ IP: Logged |

And sometimes the source has to go underground while our favorite 3 letter dudes are in town. If you are good customer they will get back with you. IP: Logged |

Bump. Got it el cubano. You are absolutely right. It is like livinbig said about people getting nervous (especially after being scammed a few times), but we do have to have some patience. It's part of the game. Thanks bro! IP: Logged |

In my opinion a source should reply to a customer's email within 5 days, that's not being unreasonable, I don't think! ------------------ IP: Logged |

I agree with you Tim_Couch 110%, sources should e-mail you at least 5 days after you send money to let you know the status of everything, if sources would work with the customers better, they would have better buisness and tons of stuff to sell. It's like a smile and friendly person at one store and a asshole at another: Question; which one would you return to, Answer: probably at the one with a smile and frienly clerk, even if the prices are a little higher. Reason: You feel more comfortable with someone who tries to please you. IP: Logged |

In today's day and age customer service has gone completely by the wayside. It makes a huge difference when a guy makes an effort to respect his customer. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I don't want to sound like a wuss but if you have a (legit) source how can you complain. Some people don't have one man If I had a LEGIT source they could shout obsenities at me az long az I got my shit for a GOOD price. people get burn and they get ansy NOT their fault but if you got a source just wait we got nothing but time he on earth, do the cycle a little later. this isn't WALLY WORLD this shit is hard to get and the supliers are gettin hassle all the damn time. If I were one of them and someone gave me crap screw 'em there are more people wanting juice. IP: Logged |

Well, when a guy has to start a cycle by a certain time b/c he has Spring Training to go to, and when he asks his source if the turnaround time for a certain item is short, and his source reponds with a "yes, no problem," then the source has no right to be offended when his customer complains when items are late. ------------------ IP: Logged |
