I have been on the clen/T3 cycle for about three weeks. Last night at the gym when I weighed in I was 8 lbs heavier. What is the deal!!! I am so depressed that I am ready to throw in the towel altogether. I thought I was suppose to lose fat, not get fatter and fatter. I WANT DNP!!!!!!! Some one out there please help me. I am dieting with low carbs/ high protein, cardio 30 minutes for 4-5 nights a week after an hour of hitting the weights hard. My muscles are firming up, but the fat is not going anywhere. I have all the side effects of clen but no results. Someone please help or email me and tell me how to get a hold of DNP. I am desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How much fat are you getting? And what kind? You are probably holding some water, and you are probably adding some muscle while burning the fat. Also, is it that time of the month? Do you use Nutrasweet. It tends to bloat woman and make them retain water. I wouldn't sweat it. Hang in there and don't give up!

Hey, are you on any type of gear right now? It is impossible to gain fat doing that much cardio and eating the way you say you are. The only way to gain fat or maintain fat is through your diet. You must be eating too much, and in that case if you are eating too much DNP is not going to be much more successful. I mean ya you will lose some fat, but eating will make it come right back. If I were you, I'd reanalyze my diet and see if you're being truthful.

The next opinion is, if you are on gear then gaining weight is what's to be expected, especially if you are using some sort of androgen that causes water retention. If that's the case, then I'd say you are losing fat and you will notice it when the water retention comes down.

I am eating less than what I did before I began this cycle. The only thing I am taking at this time is T3 and clen. Could the T3 have an opposite affect on my thyroid?
I am trying not to eat at night except for a protein shake when I come in from working out. I hope this is all water, but it sure accentuates the cellulite... OH MY GOD I AM PANICING!!!!!!!!!!!!! What else can I do?

First, CHILL! Second, tell me how much protein, fat, and carbs(also where do they come from) you are taking in a day and how much you weigh and ht. Then I can analyze your situation better.

Okay, here it goes, my typical day:

Morning: Have protein shake, egg white omlette with 4 egg whites. 1 tab T3. Leave for work.

Mid morning: Snack with fruit or nonfat yogurt or protein bar.25mg tab clen

Lunch: Usually some kind of chicken breast with vegetables.

Mid afternoon snack: can of tuna, 1 tab clen

Dinner: Usually chicken breast or tuna with some vegetables.1 tab clen

After work out: Protein shake

My workout usually goes from about 7:30 - 9:30. This includes about a little over an hour of hitting the weights and 30-45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill (5-8% incline at 5 mph) or the eliptical machine. This goes for 5-6 nights a week.

I take t3 in the morning and my clen througout the day. I have added two more tabs of T3 a day last week. I am now in my two weeks off period. Is this water, fat, stupidity or what?

Bump this please!!!!!!!!!1

BTW I am 5'2 and with the added weight, I am ashamed to say that I am 142. Weight never mattered much to me as long as I looked good in the mirror. But now I am getting a little worried.

t-3 is crap
sorry but this is just my opinion
a lot of people love it
not me.

DNP-
he is the king of fat burners
but he can be a cruel and unforgiving king
putting yourself under his aegis requires contemplation

clen is OK- I just take it to get jacked, of course you gotta throw in ECA, tyrosine, and yohimbine- but then again those are the base of any good thermogenic/stimulant stack.
peace

What kind of fruits? You need to watch the type you eat. Apples and such are high in sugar. The protein bar you are eating is most likely made with some sugar and has lots-o-carbs.

For your weight, I would suggest about 120-150 gms of protein a day. 1 serving right after workout. Also, I didn't see much if any fat in your diet. You should think about adding a few gms of fat (flaxseed, olive oil) without fat your body can "forget how to metabolize the stored fat. I made this mistake.

A good thermogenic stack is the ECA. I like the Xenadrine. Remember to loose weight take in less calories than you burn and drinks plenty of water.

how many carbs are in you protien bars?
try to find ones with NONE!.

i'm the same way you are. if i eat an apple or a damn grape i gain 10 pounds of fat. or if i eat any carbs.

the only way i can lose fat, when i'm cuting is to go on a diet.

NO CARBS..NO SUGARS..mild fat intake...and just enough protein to keep my muscle.

remember you can have to much protien also.
which will sometimes turn to fat.

The fruit I am taking in is Apples, oranges, bananas, all in the a.m. hours. I do add flax seed oil to my protein shakes (5 grams of carbs in each one) My protein bars are the Pure Protein which is under 10grams of carbs. Should I cut out the fruit all together. Too much protein?? Didn't know that was possible when putting on muscle. Thanks Buff. Most of my carbs are taken in the morning. I am going to start doing cardio in the morning on empty stomach and cutting out the skim milk all together.

Any more suggestions with my diet?????????

Get rid of the apples!. Good to get the milk out for now. Make sure you get about 20-30gms of fat too start and then reduce that from there if need be. Keep carbs under 200 as much as possible. And drink lots o water. Cardio twice a day can really help.
