Chesty's answers are, in general, in the ballpark, but you need to remember this: Diffrent foods have different protein "bio-availablity" which is just a big word for how much you can absorb. You wil generally absorb more from chicken than red meat, and even more from most fish....some fish over 90% Matt IP: Logged |
