This thing is awesome. Pretty cheap to, about 50 bucks at Walmart. 20$ for the small one. Steaks and chicken cook in about 5 minutes, fat drains out into a little plate that comes with it. No more waiting 20 minutes for chicken breasts to bake.

I have to agree with you on the George Foreman. It's awesome. I grill chicken breasts and fish on it all the time and they are so good, quick, and healthy. I usually put some seasoned salt on it and let it cook.

Can you argue with a guy who names all 8 kids after himself?!?! {grin}

It works as advertised but I am sure they just picked George 'cause he eats so many cheese burgers and is so lean!!!

Yep its worth it. I use mine for fish, chicken, and steaks. I usually takes approx 5 minutes for each of these and the fat and grease drains right out of em. C.

Sounds good, my mother in law has one that she doesn't even use. Think I'll grab that one now. I usually cook on the charcoal grill fairly often as well. Which is pretty healthy.

sorry, guys but the grill does NOT spare you from a significant amount of fat. Seen a study with a couple diff. grills. All are pretty much the same. Still nothing cooks chicken breasts faster!
