![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I just wanted to see what your guys opinion is on this. I am very prone to very bad stress, so I bought some St. John's Wort. After 2 weeks of taking it, my mood was always up and great! I was always extremely pumped to lift since I started it and my lifting has gone extremely well. Do you guys think there is a connection between being in a great mood and getting stronger? It is something to think about! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Absolutely, St. John's wort is a mood elevator, very safe to use except with certain anti-depresants, and should lead to a sense of well being and possibly a willingness to try higher weights and more reps. The natural sedative is Kava and I for one think it would be a good complement to a cycle where someone is worried about "roid rage". ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() its hard to believe that something that you can get at GNC for 8 bucks a bottle can have that much of an effect, but it certinly does i have been taking it for about 3 months and would reccomend it to anyone. IP: Logged |
