D-Town Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 57)	posted March 01, 2000 02:10 PM I will be starting my cycle soon and I will be injecting a total of 500mg. sust a week and 400 mg. Deca wk. For first 5 wks. and wondered if putting mixing 250 mg sust. with 200 mg. Deca would be the best way to go then inject 2x a week. Therefore would it be better to buy the sust redijects or some amps. More or less what would be the optimal set up for this whole procedure. IP: Logged

Also it is a good idea to mix the Deca and Sust to alleviate some of the pain that is usually associated with injecting solely Sus. 2Thick Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 459)	posted March 01, 2000 02:47 PM I would recommend 23g x 1"if you are lean and 22g x 1.5" if you are very muscular or have a high body fat percentage. Both the amps and the redijects come with 250mg per 1ml/cc of oil solution. I would recommend the redijects because they seem to be pretty cheap in America and are rarely faked.
