![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 5 weeks into my sus/deca/winny stack I went rollerblading. My lower back and, calves and thighs got tight as hell, like a serious pump. I'm sure it's from water retention but is there any relief you guys know of? My lower back is getting tighter every day from cardio even though I've been stretching alot.Even washing and drying my hair makes me tight as hell. IP: Logged |
