mac Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 1)	posted March 01, 2000 11:35 AM A very good friend of mine, competitive BB, had a small heart problem recently, and still wants to continue to train. His doctor said in a few weeks, he will be able to do so. My question is what anabolics do not affect heart muscle. I have a degree in bio-chemistry and have a few ideas myself, however I would like to hear others ideas. Thanks IP: Logged
the truth Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 42)	posted March 02, 2000 02:25 AM I can't think of any AS that would have a profound effect on smooth muscle tissue, but hard training does cause some hypertrophy of the heart. Most MDs will tell you that this is just an adaption to the training and is harmless. It is possible that GH might not be the best thing for your friend to take, and he might want to stay away from clen and other substances that can act as stimulants. IP: Logged
