I read a little about HGH - which is a topic I don't really know too much about. I understand that in younger people (20's or so) it can cause internal organs to grow, which can exert pressure which could (stress the could) be harmful. I also read that it causes bones to grow, and that creates a problem for the skull. Whereas most bones will simply lengthen or enlarge, the skull will grow from the inside. This will likely place harmful if not deadly pressure on the brain. Any feedback or comments??? Any HGH experiences????? Matt IP: Logged |

do you remember Andre the Giant from the WWF in the 80's his skull/body was a good example of his own body making too much HGH when i get into 40's i'll be using hgh for its "legitimate" health benefits i read in the local paper the other night that hgh now comes in a depot form which means fewer injections IP: Logged |

There are undoubtedly benefits from HGH therapy at an older age, and in a regulated amount. Many pro bodybuilders are using an amount considerably in excess of what would be used therapeutically. Wondering what could possibly go wrong - read about the skull exerting pressure on the brain..... more thoughts/comments/feedback from anyone who has used it or knows more?????? Matt IP: Logged |

Did you ever see the pictures of bad hgh use? Dudes hands grew into like big clubs 5 times larger than the other hand. Nasty. Wonder if they are still around on this board. Was sometime last year. IP: Logged |

I'm not about to say I know shit about HGH cause it is too expensive and dangerous for me to even consider but I have read about agromegaly(sp?). It is the disease where your body continually produces high levels of growth hormone. It causes deepening of the voice, thickening of the tongue, continual growth of the hands and feet, deformed skull and jaw growth and eventually death. Now if any of these could be side effects of HGH usage/abuse then I do not want anything to do with it. I think that the organ growth problem is more for synthetic IGF-1 due to the fact that organs have more receptors for it than skeletal muscle and therefor have a greater affinity to grow when the synthetic version is introduced. I am by far no expert on the subject but just wanted to throw out my 2 cents on the subject so that the experts might be prompted to come in and set me straight. Later, IP: Logged |

Haven't experienced any of these side-effects. This is my second cycle of gH though. The object is to just do enough to stimulate the production of other growth factors. The only side effects that I am experiencing now are unbelievable pumps and some tendonitis in my elbows. Also doing a-50, d-bol, test and eq. Will let you know in about 10 more weeks what the outcome is. IP: Logged |

Your bones won't grow on reasonable dose of GH....unfortunately neither will anything else without heavy androgens and 12.5mcs of t-3. These are the facts. TF ------------------ IP: Logged |

I find that you can get great pumps and continue gaining off AS cycle on 4-6 IU of growth, without any bad sides. Interestingly, the Serostim package insert recommends a daily dose of 10 IU (6 mg GH). This could cause some of the listed effects, and I have seen them on some people (that doctor in Las Vegas who runs a rejuvenation clinic has been taking a little too much of his own medicine; he looks like a gargoyle). If your hands and feet are swelling, cut back on your dose. IP: Logged |

When I asked my doctor about hgh he told about a bodybuilder patient he had. Whenever he got a x-ray for a possible broken ankle, his bones were solid, the doc said it was amazing, he couldn't check for any cracks at all. He also said the guys forehead had pushed out quite a bit and his ears had grown fairly large. He also said he wouldn't reccomend anyone using it unless they are over 40 and then only in moderate amounts. IP: Logged |

I've read a lot on growth and it comes down to this. If your under 40 and using it for muscle growth, you better be rich and don't exceed 2iu's a day for about 12 weeks. Your better off money wise and possibly health wise with regular gear. I really see the stuff as anti-aging therapy for those of us over 40. It's a great fat burner but really lacks at producing muscle like the claims. The FDA made Serno (Serostim) retract it's claim recently on it's ability to produce muscle mass.Even the 18iu's a day dose for Aid's wasting is a total joke in the medical field. Do a search on rhgh and read on forever. It's actually called recombinant human growth hormone.Humatrope seems to be the leading brand for bodybuilder's.China has a brand at 4 bucks an iu. coming to the net soon. The average now is $12-$20 dollars per iu.Forty bucks a day is a lot of juice!! CHESTY I think that i saw that same picture that you did one the web. THe one with the guy that has one huge arm and the other one looked normal. That scared me about HGH. I later read that that the picture was fake and that it was either a computer enhanced picture or it was a picture of someone else's natural birth defect that some guy used and said that HGH did that to him. It was one of the two. Anyways it was just out there to put a scare into people. Excess bone growth especially in the face is common with abuse of HGH. I have never actually met anyone that used it but form things ive read its only those that really abuse it that experience hardcore negative side effects IP: Logged |

This is why society is so misinformed about all body enancing medications (gear). People rumor-mill what they see on the National Enquirer as facts. HGH is a great product. It allows you to take your gains above and beyond what gear alone can do. By itelf its no better than a fat-loss product and energy booster. But stack it with high androgenic compounds and hang on to your socks. Not because your feet are going to grow like clubs but because of the great gains. Keep posting Enquirer stories and HGH will end up being a class III Controlled substance like gear!!! Find someone who has used it for a while and ask them what they think. IP: Logged |

Stickman, If you read the first post in the thread, you will see I asked for "comments or suggestions". Thank you for yours. Some people have had other experiences. No need to flame anyone for putting something contrary to yours - the people on here are the ones seeking knowledge not spreading misinformation. Matt IP: Logged |

HGH will only turn you into Andre the Giant, if you take it for a long time. Just like taking A-50's everyday for about 5 years might give ya a heart attack. I believe the proper way to use HGH is everyother day for about 3-4 weeks, that way the only side effects you get are fat loss and the muscle gain (with gear). Amounts..depends on who you ask, your age, how much you weigh.. IP: Logged |
