Doesn't matter what format you use. just make sure you jot down your heaviest work set of each movement.....you can refer back to it to make sure your going in the right direction.......a spiral notebook will do happy gains IP: Logged |

I am also looking for a good rep/set log book. The NSCA has a decent one. www.nsca-lift.org it costs about 5.00 and you can get a discount if you buy in bulk. I think that you can order them from Amazon.com or Borders.com... hope this helps. IP: Logged |

They have good ones at a local gym that I go too. Tomorrow I'll get the price. It has up to ten excersises a day/7 days a week. And it has areas for you to fill in your food intake, calories etc.. I'll let you know, last time I needed one they were out. ------------------ IP: Logged |
