I AM STARTING A CYCLE OF T200-DECA 400MG OF EACH A WEEK. I KNOW THAT WITH PROPER DIET I CAN INCREASE MUSCLE & STRENGTH BUT WILL IT ALSO INCREASE MY SPEED. I PLAY FOOTBALL AND WOULD LIKE TO INCREASE MY SPEED ALSO. THANKS

You should see some speed improvement, I know some of my friends have. Remember the guy who won the olympics some years back but then was busted for steiroids. He never seemed to have a shot before that trial, he just came out of nowhere and blew everyone away, I think it was Ben Johnson? Just be careful not to get to bulky and lose your mobility.

of course it will greater leg strenght=speed
but you have to keep up on the flexability

Remember to keep the flexability in your hip flexors. Careful with your kness when lifting. Your body will want to do unreal weight, but your ligaments and joints have to catch up slowly. The lubrication of the joints may prevent you from noticing an injury, then when your clean...trouble. Just take the weights gradually. Good luck.

Careful with the deca if you may get drug tested, it hangs around for along time.

If you want to keep you speed or improve it, then you should try incorporating some plymetric training. Run some "stadiums" or go jump boxes. Your football team should have some. If they don't, talk to your coach and tell that your team needs some. They will help everyone not just yourself.

I've heard of Winstrol and clen having good effects on speed. But the bottom line is, if you aint bustin your ass on the track, you aint gonna get faster. Join your track team, thats what I did and Im not even fast enough to compete.

what level of football do you play, if it is college i would definitly not recomend deca, you can yesy positive for up to a year after use. i realize orals are much worse for your liver but are ubdetectable after 21 days of non use. if its high school the only people that will test you is if your principal orders one if they get suspicious. good luck

deca sticks around too long..I wouldn't use it..winny, fina and clen help speed...
