Today I am finishing my first two weeks of a Clen cycle (at 2days on/2 days off for two weeks). I also am taking t3. I am used to the shaking side effects, but today, I felt like everything was distorted and my motor skills were like a drunk women and my speech was slurred slightly! Is this normal and just a side effect? Also, do I continue taking the T3 without stopping for the full 8 weeks? IP: Logged |

If you think that's bad; last time I did those two, I started having nosebleeds in the damn gym! It was awful, once this fine ass girl was taking to me when I was finishing my workout and all of a sudden my nose started gushing blood! Of course - that was the end of the conversation. Needless to say I've kind of strayed from the use of those products! primo! IP: Logged |

decrease in motor skills and disorientation are likely a result of the depletion of electrolytes- get some pedialyte- you will feel better. it also may be a result of increased blood pressure so get it measured to be on the safe side. as far as t-3 goes it is just to easy to permanantly suppress thyroid- just my opinion though a lot of people love it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Primo dehydration and an increase in blood pressure are the causes of you nose bleed. Clen really dries you out- I reccomend at least 2tbl of flax oil daily- I reccomend that all the time anyways though. I like soft skin and no acne. plus makes sure to increase you intake of electrolytes especially K+ peace ------------------ IP: Logged |

well it depends if you are willing to try to adjust your diet and water intake- you should be able to continue. if your are dieting and doing lots of cardio your electrolyte levels are almost certainly low- you really need to make sure you are getting enough pottasium, magnesium, and even sodium. maybe if you posted some info on your diet and training it would be easier to make a analysis of your situation- whether it is hot or humid where you live and/train is also important to consider. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I am on a low carb diet and doing 30 minutes cardio five to six days a week. My protein levels are high (about 200+ grams a day). I drink as much water as I can possibly take in. I do feel dehydrated throughout the day. I live in Dallas. Right now the weather is perfect, but in the summer we get pretty humid. Any suggestions with this information? Bump IP: Logged |

low carbs in itself is a form of dehydration. lower glycogen levels means less water retained in the muscle and other tissues. but low carb probably also means not enough pottasium. that being said I dont like the clen/t-3 combination- a lot of people feel that it is a sure way to permanently suppress thyroid, which in women is of course more sensitive- why I am not sure but women have considerably higher incidence of thyroid suppresion or low thyroid production- this may be a androgen/estrogen ratio deal- but am not sure. DNP is not a toy it is not something to play with I like it, it works but if you do not respect it it can fuck you up- there is a long list of things to be done while taking DNP that was included on the other post you made about DNP it should be read and re-read and the supplement program followed to a T. ------------------ IP: Logged |
