OK, thanks for the input guys! I have always been the smallest guy in my group of friends when I was growing up. My buddies were all benching 225-275 while I was struggling with 135. In High school I finally got my max up to 185. From then till now, I would work out off and on for aboout 6months at a time and would get my max up to about 210. Recently, I took stock of how much protein I was eating. I was amazed at how far below it was compared to 1gram per pound of bodyweight. So now I have been eating the shit out of some protein and have gotten my bench up to 225 in 3 months, up from 185. BTW, the fat that I have came from living in the college dormitory. The food they served there was either filled w/sugar or fried. Man o man did I get fat from that shit. I used to weigh 157. I am dedicated to my goal of 190lbs and 5-7%BF, because now I know that my problem was protein. I believe you guys when you say I should wait, but damn it, I have always been small, and now I am fat on top of that too! Well, to do what I want, I have to gain 39lbs of muscle and lose 40lbs of fat. How long do you think that will take naturally? P.S. You have intrigued me with Primobolan depot, if I were to use it alone, how often and how much would I have to inject? How much would an 8week cycle cost me? What kind of muscle could I hope to get out of an 8 week cycle? IP: Logged |

If you want to lose 40 pounds of fat and gain 40 pounds of muscle it will probably take more than a year even with gear if you dont have really great genetics, I would concentrate on one at a time as its really difficult to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time its kind of like a balancing act, you diet and exercise to lose fat but that can hinder muscle gains, so try a staggered approach, 2-4weeks of diet and fat loss using an ECA stack followed by 2-4 weeks of higher calories and concentrate on the heavy basic lifts for muscle gain. As far as AS goes if it is side effects that really worry you than primobolan depot has low to no side effects for most people, but I would suggest equipoise as it is also low in side effects and much cheaper and much better for gaining muscle for most people, but stacking the two would be good also if you can afford it. You could try primo at 300-500mgs a week with equipoise at 200-400mgs a week. You have a long way to go so make sure you are eating and exercising properly first and do at least a few months of research and reading before doing your first cycle. Good luck. IP: Logged |

AS are anti-catabolic. Primo depot sounds like a good first cycle for you. You can do a bunch of cardio while you're on it and follow a good diet. Get your protein in, you won't lose any muscle... even gain some. You could probably put on 5-10 lbs muscle and lose 10 lbs fat in the same eight weeks. There would be basically no side effects and no estrogen. the cost of 8 weeks depends on what dosages you're looking at. Primo alone you're looking at 300mg a week. Maybe 400. It runs roughly 15 dollars/100mgs. So you're looking at around 360-480 dollars for that. If you want to go cheaper... try fina. It supposedly has some fat burning properties, and it's cheaper than creatine. Once again you won't put on much muscle mass with this... but like other guys said... you gotta do this one step at a time since you've got some tall goals. Spend 8-12 weeks burning fat, and 8-12 weeks bulking, and I think you'll be happy with the results. ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |

natural, i would say that will take awhile..as far as losing 40 of fat and gaining 40 of muscle, I would say do it seperately..decided what you like more, if you wanna be big, bulk up first, if you like to look good, cut some fat(use clen, DNP or ECA)..then bulk up some...your choice...

What is DNP? Caffeine Ephedrine and Aspirin? I just bought GNC "Pro-Ripped Ephedra" = 19mg of ephedrine and 30mg caffeine. I also bought 500 Aspirin w/325mg. Should I by separate caffeine pills? if so, what dosage? I also bought GNC Creatine Monohydrate. IP: Logged |
