Last night doing leg presses I was straining so hard for my last few reps that I swear I almost inverted my sphincter, (not to mention shit my pants). Has anyone ever "blown a valve"? Between all the protein coming and going out of my system and the straining till my head explodes for those last few reps, it seems that hemmoroids are inevitable. I don't want to end up like "Studdering John" and have a roid the size of a golf ball. Anyone ever had such a problem or better yet any remedies?? I'm sure 'assface' would have a thought on the topic but I haven't seen him around in a while... ------------------ IP: Logged |

I would suggest that you stop useing your asshole to assist you during your leg sessions! Seriously,why not try useing a lighter weight so that you will be useing your thigh muscles more? IP: Logged |

Heh, heh. Not a bad idea. And I'll stop doing front raises with my little guy too. Just thought maybe someone had a funny story involving something of the like. Sometimes you need to call on assistive muscle groups to get that last rep! IP: Logged |

I have farted pretty loud before doing leg presses, but I hope that's as far as it goes. Don't lift your hips up and you shouldn't have a problem. IP: Logged |

Yup, And had'em lanced once! Hurt like a bitch, you don't realize how many times you pucker your ass until it hurts. I got a new cream for flare ups and it's the shit!! Nitro 2%..Proctosol 2.5%...About twice with this stuff, and their gone. Ask a Dr. for a script....good shit. Ranger IP: Logged |

You're tensing too much all over and putting yourself at risk for 'roids, the other roid mind you, not the anabolic kind Make a mental effort to focus on keeping the rear end a bit less tense. Its hard, when I worked legs I had to start keeping an eye down there. IP: Logged |
