i just wonder.... i just bought deca for 5 weeks supply and 100 methandrostenolone white russians :-)

i whould take the deca regular and the naposim i whould take like a couple ever 2 day trogh the cycle
AnD what about only use deca!?

Tell me what u think ... this is my first!!
And do i need nolvadex?
