I started my firt cycle, which contains test cyp 250mgs 2 times per week 2 weeks ago. I am 5'4" and 180 lbs at the start of the cycle. 10 days later (saturday) I was at 192. Sunday I was at 191, monday at 190, and today I am down to 188! What the hell is going on? I am eating the same and training hard.

Are you weighing yourself the same time everyday? My weight fluctuates 3-4 pounds a day usually. I weigh the most in the morning, and much less at night, especially if I have trained very hard that day.

eat more, maybe there was some water that you shed??? your weight is never consistant while on the sauce

Yes I weigh myself the same time everyday, when I get to the gym before I train. I train after my 3rd meal, early in the afternoon. I drink alot of water and eat as much as I possibly can. I just hope it starts going back up again.

did you ever think you could be burning fat for enery in your muscle growth you cant always go buy the scale that will get you in psyco trouble trust me been there done that

Hey buff, I have the same thing happening.

My weight will consistantly go up, then down a little. Was wondering as well what the hell? Will try to weigh at same time every couple of days, as advice said. Could be water as well(dbol&sust)

best advise throw the scale away and go by how you look, strength increases, how clothes feel, i have no scale in my house but evn 10 weeks out from a show i am putting on size as my shirts are tighter.scales equal depression and i quit that a long time ago. my trainer weighs me and keeps track to make sure i will hit my clas otherwise i don't care.

i try to weigh myself right when i wake up, i believe it's pretty consistent, if i weigh myself during the day my body's full of food and water and my weight jumps around, in the morning it's either the same as before or it's up.
