i am 10 weeks out from a show and currently this year have had great results with a one bodypart per day 6 times a week routine. of those of you who compete only do you folllow a routine like this lifting as heavy as possible hitting each part once a week or do you split?

My bodyfat is pretty low and i am holding great size even as i lose weight and bodtyfat. your opinions would be appreciated.

m: chest
t legs
w: back
th: arms/ tris
f shou
s hams

cardio 5-6 times per week calves 3-5 times a week

1 body part per day is doing me fine.
i have raised my cardio twice a day approx 45mins per session.
i am also 10 weeks out.1st show.

why so much time on calves.

every 2 weeks do

Triceps & Shoulders
Back (on its owm)
Legs & Cardio.
Chest
Biceps & Triceps
Try 1 workout for whole week doing 16 reps.
Moderate weight to cut up .
