as far as i know, all you get are pellets, the gel is seperately purchased if you choose to make it a transdermal (home chemistry..lol) as for if the pellets need refrigeration, no. mooooo! hope that helps ------------------ IP: Logged |

i was wondering the same thing, but i dont think they do, im almost positive the gel-ice pack is just for the shipping process....
