I would go with low sets, low reps, and HEAVY as you can go. For example, if your doing chest go with dumbell bench x2, dumbell incline x2, and flyes x2. Keep everything around six sets, two for each exercise. (Go until complete negative failure on each set) If you do to many sets it is the same thing as doing to many reps, and you end up getting a cardio workout. Save the cutting down until after the cycle. If you stick to this on this cycle and eat a lot, I think you will be happy, happy, happy! IP: Logged |

Mr. T has a very hardcore outlook on lifting, but that is not the way I would do it. Since both Sus and Deca will help you re-generate muscle fibers quickly, you will find it much harder to overtrain. Try doing 4-5 sets of 6-8 for most bodyparts. Compound exercises like deadlifts and squats. You should work your ass off, but remember to listen to your body. It will give you clues about its condition. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Either way is good, all depends on your goals. Just murder your muscle period! Make it hurt like never before, when it screams, hit it harder. Then give it some rest and watch your body grow. I personally hit everything every 6 days, i hit 13-20 sets for major muscles and nomore than 9 for small ones.
