I always read that proteins from plant sources are incomplete proteins and are not good for bodybuilding. They always say that you need to use different plant proteins that complement each other to make a complete protein (ie. beans and rice). If I am not mistaken, whey protein is from a plant. Are the supplement companies trying to scam us? I imagine that it is really a inexpensive source for them. Then they try to make us think it is the best crap out there. Any thoughts on this subject?
