Low carbs are a bitch bro. I just hate being tired all the time. To help cope with this carb spike once a week. One day a week, eat a good amount of carbs, and you will feel better. Dont worry, it wont smooth you out, if nothing else..you will look fuller and thicker the next morning. This is my remedy...it helps keep you sane anyway. As for Ephedrine Ive never noticed any appetite supression with it. All it does for me is keep me jacked for awhile. Try that out, and see what you think. Hope that helps Bro, Bleed Iron, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |

Here is how BB do it without GH. But you have to be on AS, or you are going to loose your muscles. You eat no fat, almost same amount of protein every day (when lots of carbo - less protein, when almost none carbo - more proteins), and what you change, is amount of CARBO every day. Example for 10 days: This system will kick your body to start burning fat very fast and very effective. If you want to burn some fat, try it for 2 weeks and then keep your carbo intake on same amount like 300g every day. This is very hard to keep it long time, not many people can do it.
