I know the obviouis reasons when comeing off juice but it seams I lose so much mor than other guys and my lifting partner, I take all the right stuff post cycle but I feel when I come off I still lose 60 percent of everything! Is there any tricks or am i not doing something right, thanx IP: Logged |

Feel lucky that you only lose 60%. On one of my cycles, I lost everything plus an extra 5 pounds. It was very depressing. IP: Logged |

Make sure your diet is in order. Just because you come off cycle you can't stop eating alot. You still have to keep the protein high to maintain the muscle you gained. Intensity is a big factor too...just gotta keep the intensity up. I heard some dudes change up there workout right after their cycle...doing one less set than while they were on. Post your cycle, as well as your post cycle drugs, eating regimine etc..
