HOw much did he weight, what is his arm,quad measurment, and how much could he bench and legpress when he was at his peak? thanx.....and if you know other pro stats..give me theres....i met flex the other day playing basketball at my school..he benches a littleover 500 he says. IP: Logged |

If I remember correctly Dorian is 5'10 or 5'11" and around 270 lbs for his last Mr.O, his arms were big and his quads were bigger. IP: Logged |

good luck on an answer to this one, all the pro's tend to fib a little when it comes to their actual measurements. As for dorian, I heard his calves were 22 inches, and his waist was 36. His waist has to be 38-40 relaxed. In his video he leg pressed near 1,000 for 10 or so reps, and did 405 for 6-8 reps on the incline bench. LP IP: Logged |

flex?..hmmm...he wasnt as big as i expected..but he was still huge.his arms overwhelm his body..he cant play ball worth shit..cant even reach the ball..he so buff..it was weird..he was so symmetrical.his arms he said was a little under 23 IP: Logged |

Yates,Kovacs,Nasser,Dillett,and Fux all have waists in the 38 to 42 inch range.BTW an earlier post stated Arnold had a 29 inch waist?maybe at 16yrs old.More like 36 in shape,thick obliques were masked by great chest and upper lats. IP: Logged |
