I know this is a weird question bros, but you know when you drink to much whey protein and you just shit the stuff right out in one hour, does that mean that your body is not absorbing the protein. I use to use Whey about six times a day with 2.5 liters of milk, (I know thats alot of whey) and found it hard to keep it in my system. I was literally in the bathroom 5 times a day. IP: Logged |

That's a lot of powder. In general, the body can only use about 40g of protein per hour, unless it's pre-digested. So if you take in 100 grams at one sitting, you're gonna shit some out. I would use fewer shakes, and try to get more protein from the table - tuna, chicken etc. Matt IP: Logged |
