Take 160mg 4 times a day. That would be 16 pills a day. Spread 4 pills throughout the day to see any real effects. Like E2 said 240mg/day is the minimum. Stack it with a test to really see good results. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I hate andriol....jsut my opinion though, not worth taking that many pills a day for the gains it gives.... big-guy IP: Logged |

If you can afford the high dosage, go for it! It won't yield very good gains but "it'll" promote one hell of a hard-on! IP: Logged |

Andriol is to expensive. You go through a bottle in like 12 days or something !! I heard it's pretty clean though. IP: Logged |

Andriol is sensitive to sunlight so make sure it is in a dark colored bottle, short acting so has to be taken frequently including through the night to keep the dosage up. I have heard that it is extremely safe (in comparison to others) with minimal side effects. CM IP: Logged |
