just had a physical, my doctor said that i am the opposite of an anemic, my blood has too much hemoglobin. i was reading another web site that said juicing can cause the blood to get too thick and can cause a stroke. i haven't done a cycle in 2 months. anything i can take before i start another cycle in a week? also, i've had really bad dizzy spells when working out, felt like i was gonna pass out.

Yes, some juice can cause your blood to thicken, namely Deca. I suggest you don't start that cycle until you've given the Deca time to dissipate. Also, as you well know now, you have the predisposition for this...So don't use Deca, or use lower dosages.
Hope this helps.

Listen if your MCV, Hg, MCHV deviated from normal levels significantly I would not do your next cycle for a while. Look at it this way; Men are more prone to cardivascular accidents right, women are protected from these until they go through menopause and stop producing estrogen. Why is this you may ask. The two main reasons are:1. Androgens do stimulate the production of erythropoetin and it in turn causes your red bone marrow to increase its production of RBC's among other things. This in turn cause your blood to be "thick" for lack of better terms. Why do you think AAS increase your stamina so much? 2. Androgens also favor a lower HDL (high density lipoprotein) and a higher LDL. I cannot say to what degree your erythrocytosis is without looking at your lab values, however tell your Doc, you pay him, he has taken an oath, do not be afraid. And please do not be ignorant. Sorry if some of this disappoints you or others but we need to realize that their are pros and cons to everything. Women for instance are protected from heart disease by estradiol but it also makes them more prone to breast, endometrial, cervical cancer.
