Hey bros I just started using brown rice instead of potatoes as my complex carb source. Let me tell you bros it is a revelation. No longer do I have to gag to try to stuff down potatoes. Brown rice is so much easier to eat. Consider this: a medium sized potatoe contains 27 gms of carbs, you would need to eat 3 potatoes to get 81 gms of carbs. I'm sure that what alot of bros try to get at least 80gms of carbs per meal during bulking cycles. 35 gms of brown rice contains about 27 gms of carbs. 35 gms of brown rice is not alot, it is certainly easier to take down than a potatoe. You guys should try brown rice if you already don't. Anyways don't want to bore you bros, but for complex carbs brown rice beats potatoes hands down.

i like brown rice. almost forgot about it thanks. was kindof getting tired of white rice, plus the fiber wont hurt.
