Help! I'm 35 years old. I've been working out for a year with a trainer. When I started I was 180lbs at 5'7" with a 38 inch waist. I could only benchpress 100lbs max.I started with 100grams of protein a day (including 2 shakes) and 40 grams of fat or less. My goal was to lose fat, get bigger and ripped. My routine was... Mondays- 30 minutes treadmill In 4 months I was 168 lbs, a 33 inch waist and maximum bench press was 225. The problem is today(8 months later) I am still at the same weight and strength. I can't gain any muscle or get any stronger. I even up my protein intake to 200 grams a day and cut the treadmill out to once every two weeks. What the hell is wrong? I've been offered Dbol and wondered is this my only solution. Can anybody explain? IP: Logged |

If you are interested in permanent muscle growth and strength, then you do not want D-Bol. It will only help you temporarily. It will give you what you want for a while (but along with the mass and strength comes the side effects). I would look at a testosterone instead. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
