i like your choice of favorite player. i think alstott brings the perfect mentality to the field. good to hear some other ball players out thier with the same attitude towards training. i thinks some times football players put too much emphesis on having fun than being a better ball player. some stats are 6'2", 240lbs squat-600 incline-320 bench-360 clean-290 40 yard dash-4.61 vert. jump 32 inch i play for UNC bears div. II national champions and will be a junior athletically next year i will be a two year starter and a four year letterwinner by the time i graduate where did you go to college , how is your team, i have a friend that was in the NY area for football IP: Logged |

BENCH 360-370 INCLINE 330 SQUAT 550 COMPETION SQUAT 5 REPS... SHOULDER PRESS 265 REPS 3 I AM VERY SHORT FOR A FUULBACK MY QB AND TAIL DO NOT THINK SO!! 5'7 223 TO DATE AFTER A PROTIEN SHAKE AND SOME SPAGETTI! LOL!! I DID NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF GOING TO COLLOGE TO PLAY BALL..I PLAYED IN THE MILITARY FOR 4 YEARS! SECOND TEAM RUNNING BACK HONORABLE MENTION STRONG SAFETY.... yES ALSTOTT IS A ROLE MODLE FOR ANY POSITION PLAYER DEDICATION TO HIMSELF HIS TEAM MATES AND THE SPORT AND ALL THAT GOES WITH IT!! BIZ!!
