In 1994 I tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. For a long time I couldn't even lift my right arm. My problem is, now my right arm is 1 1/2 inches smaller than my left arm. Is there anyone out there that has any suggestions on how I could get it to catch up? I try to work it harder, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere with it.

Almost everyone has different size body parts meaning symmetry. Start by doing single arm movements and put alittle more attention to the weak one it should not take to long cause of muscle memory. Stay focused.

Do lots of unilateral movements, concentration curls, dumbell curls, cable curls, one arm presses, etc etc..

My left arm was a little stronger than the right. When I train my arms seperately, I train the weakest side first with as many reps as I can, then I do the strong one with the same weight and the same amount of reps (even if can do more). I have managed to straighten out the difference pretty good, both strength and size.
