![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I got your recipe for a carb drink. I can get the fructose, dextrose. Can you substitute honey for the glucose? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() GLUCOSE POLYMERS they are an extract of corn hybrids- ie they are complex carbs. Honey is a simple sugar. I beleive that you could substitute maltodextrin, however Kilosports.com has glucose polymers for pretty cheap. ------------------ IP: Logged |
