![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How do you guys split up your workouts? I have been doing Chest and Tris, Back and Traps, Shoulders and Bis, and Legs. I am thinking about trying Chest, Back, Shoulders and Traps, Bis and Tris, and Legs. I figure this way I can do more lifts for each body part, especially my arms. I am just starting a cycle so I don't think I will need a day off with this routine since I will already be getting 4 days rest for each muscle group. What do you think? androx IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I like it, but I would suggest moving bi's and tri's to after legs and then take a rest day before hitting it again. Even on the sauce, you need recovery, both local and systemic, and this would address those needs. IP: Logged |
