How do you guys split up your workouts? I have been doing Chest and Tris, Back and Traps, Shoulders and Bis, and Legs. I am thinking about trying Chest, Back, Shoulders and Traps, Bis and Tris, and Legs. I figure this way I can do more lifts for each body part, especially my arms. I am just starting a cycle so I don't think I will need a day off with this routine since I will already be getting 4 days rest for each muscle group. What do you think? androx IP: Logged |

I work every body part twice a week. Mon - chest, tris its a pretty intense routine but I switch it up alot and modify it to how i feel. when im "on" i do this automatically. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Chest, tri's, abs, cardio Quads, hams, calves, cardio Back, Bi's, abs, cardio Shoulders ,calves, cardio off sauna off sauna REpeat cycle except I end with my weakest body parts so that I can hit them twice that week, ie if I felt that my shoulders needed a good blast I would hit them again after my off days ------------------ Don't hate me because I'm HUGE ! I have done the exact routine you have proposed. I got great results. I recommend going heavy 2 weeks, light/high reps 1 week...and so on. IP: Logged |

I like it, but I would suggest moving bi's and tri's to after legs and then take a rest day before hitting it again. Even on the sauce, you need recovery, both local and systemic, and this would address those needs. IP: Logged |

mon, chest, tris: tues, back, bis: wed. off: thurs, delts, traps: fri, cavles, quads, hams. you can actually hit cavles any day of the week, just make sure you do. as far as forearms just rid of the STRAPS! they'll grow. sat and sun off or just sat and repeat. IP: Logged |
