How do you guys split up your workouts?

I have been doing Chest and Tris, Back and Traps, Shoulders and Bis, and Legs. I am thinking about trying Chest, Back, Shoulders and Traps, Bis and Tris, and Legs. I figure this way I can do more lifts for each body part, especially my arms. I am just starting a cycle so I don't think I will need a day off with this routine since I will already be getting 4 days rest for each muscle group. What do you think?

I work every body part twice a week.

Mon - chest, tris
Tue - shoudlers (includes traps), bis
Wed - back, legs
Thu - chest
Fri - shoulders, tris
Sat - back, bis
Sun - legs

its a pretty intense routine but I switch it up alot and modify it to how i feel. when im "on" i do this automatically.

Chest, tri's, abs, cardio
Quads, hams, calves,cardio
Back, Bi's, abs, cardio
Shoulders ,calves, cardio
off sauna
off sauna

REpeat cycle except I end with my weakest body parts so that I can hit them twice that week, ie if I felt that my shoulders needed a good blast I would hit them again after my off days

I have done the exact routine you have proposed. I got great results. I recommend going heavy 2 weeks, light/high reps 1 week...and so on.

I like it, but I would suggest moving bi's and tri's to after legs and then take a rest day before hitting it again. Even on the sauce, you need recovery, both local and systemic, and this would address those needs.

PUSH(delts,tris,quads,calves,pecs,abs)

PULL(back,bis,rear delts,hams,lowback)

1->PUSH(heavy&intense)
2->PULL(Light day)
3->Pause
4->Pause
5->PULL(heavy&intense)
6->PUSH(light day)
Repeat

On light days i go to no more than 60%1RM, streach a lot and maybe workout forgotten bodyparts, forearms, tibials, rotator cuffs, abs, neck, rhomboids... work on my flexibility, and take it easy so my oposition muscles get active rest.

mon, chest,tris: tues, back,bis: wed. off: thurs, delts,traps: fri, cavles,quads,hams. you can actually hit cavles any day of the week,just make sure you do. as far as forearms just rid of the STRAPS! they'll grow. sat and sun off or just sat and repeat.

one body part per week

chest /abs/cardio
triceps/abs cardio(double w/out)
legs /abs
shoulers /abs/cardio
biceps/cardio
abs/cardio
cardio/sauna
45mins cardio daily when dieting
30mins 4 days per week when not.

back to start /but mix it around.
each body part twice a week is to much.
